Shooting at a secondary school in the Alpes-Maritimes

An armed man has forced his way into the Tocqueville General and Technical Secondary School in Grasse. According to initial reports, the headteacher and seven other people are believed to have been injured. The Public Alert and Information System app has issued an immediate danger alert for the region, and the Nice branch of the RAID special forces unit has arrived at the scene. The 17-year-old gunman was arrested by the police. The suspect was armed with a hunting rifle, handguns and plaster grenades. The VISOV team has just been deployed at the request of the Interministerial Crisis Management Operations Centre.
