A 20-metre-high scaffold collapsed on Wednesday morning in Paris’s 10th arrondissement. According to the Paris Fire Brigade (BSSP), there were no casualties.
Just a few minutes after the call, the Paris Fire Brigade dispatched significant resources to the scene. Initially, the teams searched for any possible victims beneath the rubble. Reinforcements were quickly called in to establish a safety perimeter and prevent further parts of the structure from collapsing.
Anchorage points were installed and partial dismantling carried out by the brigade’s specialists in rescue and rubble clearance (SD) and operations in hazardous environments.
