A fire is currently burning in the commune of Saint-Pons de Thomières in the upper cantons of the Hérault department; the fire is reported to have already destroyed nearly one hectare of vegetation. Firefighters are on the scene. At 5.00 pm: 5 hectares have already been burnt; the fire has still not been extinguished. Around thirty firefighters have been mobilised. The fire was extinguished at 7.00 pm; 5 hectares have been burnt, and around 40 firefighters were deployed. The fire is located at a place called Brassac.
