Castello-di-Rostino (2B)

A fire has been burning since 10.00 pm last night near the town of Castello-di-Rostino in the Haute-Corse department. Several hectares of vegetation are reported to have already been burnt, and numerous ground-based resources have been deployed to combat the rapid spread of the flames, particularly due to strong winds in the area. Update: The fire has now been extinguished, having burnt an area of approximately 5 hectares.
