Rosis (34)

A fire has been reported in the commune of Rosis (34) in the Carnoux Massif, alongside the RD 180, in the Hérault department. For your safety, please avoid the area. Currently, 6 GIFF units plus 1 GIFF unit comprising For Sap are on the scene, along with a water tender, a command post and 2 VSAV vehicles. Aerial resources consist of 3 Air Tractors, helicopter 34, 4 Canadairs and a Dash. The fire is located in the middle of a pine forest. Access is difficult and there are strong winds in the area. Twenty hectares have already been burnt; the situation is out of control. The fire has destroyed 35 hectares but is now under control.
