Montdardier (30)

A fire has been reported in the commune of Montdardier (30) in the Gard department. For your safety, please avoid the area. Numerous ground and air resources are at the scene. Already 12 hectares have been burnt, with several hundred more under threat. 10.00 pm: The fire has been extinguished and is under control; firefighters remain on site to monitor the situation. The exact area affected is unknown, but estimates suggest around 50 hectares have been burnt – this is yet to be confirmed.
