Larche (04)

A major fire has been reported in the commune of Larche (04) on the border between France and Italy, in the Alpes-de-Hautes-Provence department. For your safety, please avoid the area. Access to the fire is difficult, and numerous ground resources have been deployed; the aerial resources consist of two Tracker aircraft and two Canadair aircraft. The fire is now under control, but firefighters remain on site to monitor the numerous remaining hotspots. Monitoring will also continue throughout the night.
