A fire has been reported in Villeveyrac in the Hérault department.

The fire broke out at around 6 am this morning in the hills above Villeveyrac.
Around 50 firefighters from SDIS34 are at the scene, with 25 hectares already burnt.
Canadair aircraft are expected to arrive in the area; currently, there are 6 VLTTs, 6 GIFFs, 1 CCF, 6 CCGCs, 2 CPCEs, 1 CCAM, 1 VSAV, 1 VLSM, 1 VTPL, 1 BPL and 1 VSSO on site.
The fire has now been contained and is under control; it has spread across approximately 40 hectares.
