Montouliers (34)

A fire has been reported in the commune of Montouliers (34) on the border between the Hérault and the Aude. For your safety, please avoid the area. Six GIFF units are on site, including one from the Aude, two water tenders, three VLTTs, two VPTLs, one VPCC, one VSSO and one VSAV, as well as four ‘Pelicans’. 5.00 pm: The fire is still burning but its spread has been halted thanks to the firefighters and aircraft. 7.15 pm: Fire extinguished; a few firefighters remain on site to monitor the situation.
