Marseille: the BMPM is recruiting civilian A&E doctors

The medical department of the Marseille Marine Fire Brigade is looking for civilian A&E doctors (CMU or DESC), full-time posts, SMUR, to bolster a team of 30 doctors.

The missions

  • Combined role: on-call duty on BMPM resuscitation ambulances / dispatch coordination at CRRA15
  • Support for the fire service during high-risk operations (fires, GRIMP, rescue of people buried under rubble, etc.)

The training courses offered

  • Operations involving helicopter-borne medical modules
  • Improving personalised care through simulation
  • Collective response to disasters (disasters involving large numbers of casualties, natural and technological disasters, CBRN incidents, etc.)
  • Training and medical care in a maritime environment
  • Operations in hazardous environments
Funding for continuing medical education (university qualifications, conferences).
