Haute-Garonne: A vehicle ploughs into the crowd

This Friday, at around 4 pm, a vehicle ploughed into a group of pedestrians outside the business school in Blagnac. Three Chinese students were injured; two of them are in a critical condition. The perpetrator has been arrested; he is known to the police but is not on the ‘S’ list. He is also receiving psychiatric treatment for schizophrenia. The Toulouse Criminal Investigation Department is leading the investigation.
