Nice: A municipal police officer in every primary school soon
The mayor of Nice, Christian Estrosi, has proposed stationing an (unarmed) municipal police officer in the city’s primary schools.
The Minister for Education announced that he was in favour of this initiative during an interview with France Inter / France Info / Le Monde, so this pilot scheme is expected to begin shortly in schools in Nice.
