Bas-Rhin: RAID arrests a man who stabbed his dog

On Sunday morning, a man barricaded himself inside his flat in Haguenau after stabbing his dog. The man then threw the dog out of the window. A security cordon was set up by the police in part of the town centre and a street market had to be evacuated. RAID officers intervened; the man was arrested and taken into police custody.
