Troyes: CIRSÉ helps keep traffic flowing for the fire service

For the past two months, the Aube fire service has been trialling “CirSé” (Circulation Sécurisée), an app linked to Troyes’ urban traffic management system. It helps ensure a safe departure for emergency services by turning traffic lights green as their vehicles pass through. For the system to work, the vehicle’s speed must not exceed 70 km/h so that the system has time to activate. Watch the video (produced by Canal 32):
