It was more of a scare than anything else. Firefighters in Nice were called out on Monday afternoon to rescue a young boy of around fifteen who was in distress in somewhat choppy seas.
He was brought back safely to dry land, with no further assistance required from the rescue team, according to our colleagues at Nice-Matin. Thanks to Stephan Richard for the video.
