Gard: three minors arrested after throwing stones at firefighters
This morning, gendarmes from the Nîmes detachment made three arrests in the town of Saint-Gilles, following an incident in which stones were thrown at police and firefighters during the night of 1 to 2 June.
Three minors are being questioned in connection with these incidents, as well as for the extensive damage caused to the Saint-Gilles sports centre, where rubbish bins were set alight.
The incidents have been confirmed to our editorial team by officers of the National Gendarmerie.
