Firefighters are to trial body-worn cameras

On Monday evening, the National Assembly unanimously adopted, in terms similar to those of the Senate, the bill allowing trial schemes involving body-worn cameras for firefighters and prison officers. At the same time, the use of this technology by municipal police officers has been made permanent, following the end of the trial period.
