Lot: Fire brigade takes delivery of three new ambulances

As part of its plan to renew and maintain its fleet of VSAV (Victim Rescue and Assistance Vehicles), the Lot Departmental Fire and Rescue Service has just taken delivery of three new ambulances. Fitted out by TIB, a bodybuilder specialising in Renault chassis, these ‘Euro 6 Cellule’ models are currently being deployed to the Fire and Rescue Centres (CIS) in Cahors, Figeac and Gourdon. They are fitted with ‘stretcher supports’, a feature that makes the process of attending to casualties more comfortable for the victims and more practical for the emergency services personnel.
