Switzerland: Teslas for the police

Police officers in Basel, Switzerland, have taken delivery of several Tesla Model X 100D cars to replace their diesel vehicles. The additional cost per vehicle is estimated at 40,000 euros, but the police expect this investment to pay for itself in the long term.
