Seine-Maritime: a rescue centre burgled
On Thursday 13 December, a group of individuals broke into the fire and rescue station in Sotteville-lès-Rouen (76).
They are believed to have gained entry through a window between midnight and 5.00 am. During this time, the station’s firefighters were on call.
They made off with the money raised by the staff association during the traditional calendar sale; they then took the time to search the changing room, where they stole a mobile phone and the keys to a vehicle, which they used to make their getaway.
The police in the Rouen district are leading the investigation.
