The purpose of this technical guide is to outline the risks and operational procedures relating to work on wind turbines.
Drawing on the work of a group of experts from the fire and rescue services, it aims in particular to shed light on:
- the analysis and understanding of the risks associated with the operation of wind turbines;
- the role of stakeholders in this operational area;
- the elements required to scale up the local operational response;
