According to a report from our colleagues at La Dépêche, a hostage situation has been underway in Blagnac, west of Toulouse, since 4.15 pm. At least four people are being held in a bar-tobacconist’s. The suspect has requested a negotiator. Two shots have been fired. The RAID and the BRI are on the scene.
