Maryam, a 25-year-old woman, and her 7-month-old daughter Gohar have been missing since 25 May. The police have appealed for witnesses to help locate them.
The young woman, who was born in Moscow, left her home in the Petit-Cîteaux neighbourhood of Dijon (Côte-d’Or) on Saturday 25 May at around 9 pm, with her 7-month-old child in a pushchair.
The police explained that Maryam is believed to have left with some money but without her mobile phone, and to have headed for the station. Her husband, who was very worried, alerted the police.
The child has a birthmark on their face, near their eye.
