It is a sad Tuesday morning. The Gard Fire Service has announced on Twitter the death of a 19-year-old volunteer firefighter following a road traffic accident whilst off duty.
Robin Clément had been posted to the Saint-Ambroix fire station since 1 January this year.
The President of the Gard department and the Director of SDIS 30 have offered their support to the family and loved ones.
