According to our colleagues at theEst Républicain, three festival-goers stole an off-road vehicle belonging to the SDIS 90 fire service on Thursday evening at around 9 pm. The incident took place in Malsaucy, in the Territoire de Belfort, on the first day of the Eurockéennes festival.
Heavily intoxicated, they ended up crashing into the bank of the Véronne, just behind the festival’s media area. Fortunately, no one was injured during this impromptu drive.
The police arrested a young man near the vehicle. He was in possession of the keys but denied being the driver. His two accomplices, however, managed to flee before the police arrived at the scene.
