A forest fire is currently burning near Montbazin, to the east of the Thau basin. The plume of smoke is visible from the Gardiole massif and Vic-la-Gardiole.
Around thirty firefighters and the Civil Protection Service’s Dash vehicle are on the scene tackling the fire.

The fire is currently being brought under control; it has spread across 11 hectares.
