A fire has been reported in the town of Sanguinet, on the Sillac track in the Landes department.

The fire brigade are on their way.

16.35: Due to smoke from this fire near the SNCF railway lines and poor visibility, rail services between Bayonne and Bordeaux have been completely suspended in both directions.
No trains are stuck on the tracks.
16:06: Half a dozen hectares have been burnt. Around a hundred firefighters from SDIS40 and Gironde are on the scene, supported by two Canadair aircraft.
