Whilst on a horseback patrol in a wooded area on the edge of the Calanques National Park in Marseille, the Republican Guard facilitated the arrest of a suspected arsonist. These three gendarmes first noticed a fire breaking out shortly before 8 pm in the Pointe-Rouge/Pastré area, according to our colleagues at 20 Minutes.
The arsonist was then arrested by the three men, with the help of the police. The person arrested is accused of starting a fire.
