A fire broke out late on Thursday afternoon between Calvisson and Vergèze, near the ‘Mer et Camargue’ campsite.
Ground and air crews are on the scene, and the situation appeared to be under control early on Thursday evening, at around 6 pm.
However, reinforcements are still expected in the area as the fire is still burning.
