8.00 pm - The fire has been brought under control; it had spread across 15 hectares.
7.45 pm - Around 50 houses were saved from the flames by the firefighters on the ground, supported by aerial resources.
6.15 pm - According to the latest report from SDIS 34, 20 hectares have been ravaged. 250 firefighters and 80 vehicles are deployed on the ground, with aerial support from four Canadair aircraft, one Dash, one Puma and three Thrushs. The images are striking.

5.45 pm - Evacuations in the Bas de la Chicane neighbourhood and along Chemin de Peret.
4.55 pm - It is reported that 3 hectares are on fire.
4.45 pm - We are receiving numerous alerts via our Forest Fires app. A fierce pine forest fire is burning, with protective measures in place around key areas in the path of the fire. Milan 73 and numerous units from SDIS 34 are on the scene.
