A fire has been reported in the town of Sarrola-Carcopino (2A).
For your own safety, please avoid the area and ensure that the emergency services can gain access.
FOLLOW-UP:
5.00 pm - The fire has been brought under control; it is believed to have spread across 1.5 hectares. Around twenty water drops were required.
3.30 pm - A large number of firefighters from Southern Corsica are on the scene, along with two Canadair aircraft and one HBE. An area of 1.5 hectares is reported to be on fire.
