A pyrocumulus cloud is currently forming above the fire. It forms when the intense heat released by the fire causes large amounts of hot, moist air to rise rapidly.
⚠️ This phenomenon can make the
fire’s behavior particularly dangerous and unpredictable:
• 💨 sudden and significant changes in
wind direction and speed;
• 🔥 rapid spread and rekindling of the fire;
• 🌪️ severe turbulence and conditions
that are dangerous for aircraft;
• ⚡ potential to develop into a pyrocumulonimbus cloud
, which can
generate lightning and violent winds.
🚫 It is therefore strongly advised against approaching the area to observe or photograph the phenomenon. The situation can change very quickly
